It is not until you eat award winning chocolate that you realise how good it can be. Foundry Chocolate, made in New Zealand, is a multi award winning chocolatier, where the chocolate is made with just two ingredients...cacao beans and organic cane sugar.

But each bar is made with cacao beans just from a particular plantation. And the difference in flavour between the bars is phenomenal. Blows your mind. Wonderful flavours, too, along with a lovely smooth chocolate. All extracted in some magical way from the cocoa beans.

With this Vanuatu bar, the cacao beans come from a little pocket of forest in the northeast hills of Vanuatu's Malekula Island, where a group of dedicated farmers from Pinalum Village grow these beautiful beans.

This Vanuatu chocolate floods the palate with comforting layers of moreish dark malt and silky, rich caramel notes.
